Office Information
Allergy shots are done daily except for Friday and stop ½ hour before closing
time.
PLEASE NOTE cancellation policy of shot appointments:
For the safety of our patients and to ensure that patients
receive the highest level of care, weekly shot appointments will
not be rescheduled until the following week.
The office is open Monday through Friday, please see below for our specific hours. The office is closed during lunch. Our
physicians will be available through our answering service during this time for
emergency calls only.
APPOINTMENTS:

We need 24-48 hours for any cancellation. There will be a $50.00 fee for missed
CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS. For all other appointments there will be a $20.00
fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours.

Any patient under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent for ALL
appointments.
EMERGENCY COVERAGE: Contact your Primary Care Physician for any
emergencies. Our physician on call will be available for your physician through
our answering service for any after hour emergency questions.
PLEASE NOTE: ROUTINE PRESCRIPTION REFILLS WILL NOT BE DONE AFTER OFFICE
HOURS
